Pictures from 2025

This gallery contains Cary’s favorite pictures from 2025 and includes the following fairly close to home subjects:

• In May, we drove the scenic Beartooth Highway (Montana and Wyoming) for the first time, ending with a quick drive through the northern portion of Yellowstone National Park.

• Animals in our town of Sheridan, Wyoming - pronghorn antelope, bison (including a new calf), geese with goslings, and great blue herons. We just learned this past year that a great blue heron rookery sits about 200 yards behind a bank in the south end of town with a dozen nests in a single tree.

• In June, the moose were easily seen this year in the Big Horn Mountains.

• Summer brought polo and rodeo events to Sheridan.
